Celebration of Learning and Family Day Bring Together Students and Parents

Two traditional year-end events bring students and their families together at our two São Paulo campuses.

The 2019 Celebration of Learning, held by K4 to Year 5 students at the Higienópolis Campus, is organized by students to present everything they have learned during the school year to their parents. Impressive student presentations drew the attention of parents, who also had the chance to visit an interactive museum, take a trip around the world, participate in an international fair and, the high point of the event: Exhibitions by the Year 5 class, which presented the final cycle of the Primary Years Program, based on IB methodology. Students talked about bullying and food waste, impressing all guests with the excellence of their presentations.

At the Pacaembu campus, families enjoyed a Saturday full of fun on Family Day. Parents and toddler students planted a seedling to represent their family tree, while K3 parents created a collage using pictures of food to represent each student. The activity was related to the Investigation Unit: Food and Health.
