Red House team participates in training cycle on new safety protocols
To ensure the safety of the entire school community, Red House International School ran an intensive training cycle with the pedagogical team and staff for the school´s reopening.
The session was run by the specialized consultancy team responsible for the new procedures adopted by the school. The training included videos, in-person and virtual meetings.
The consultancy is led by Marcelo Boeger. Coordinator and professor of the Hospitality and Hospital Facilities specialization course at Albert Einstein Hospital, Boeger is also a professor of Health Management and Hospital Infection Control (CCIH-Med) MBA courses. Partner and consultant at Hospitallidade Consultoria and author of several books in the area, he organized the Hospitality Specialization Guidelines by Albert Einstein Hospital.
The two São Paulo campuses cleaning teams participated in an in-person training and practice to learn how to use the new line of professional sanitation products and individual protection equipment. Other topics such as luminescence monitoring of activities and wiping of all surfaces with the use of professional hygiene equipment and specific products approved by the Sanitary Surveillance were also addressed.The pedagogical team and other collaborators also participated in a face-to-face training session to know in detail the safety protocols adopted in the new school routine, inside and outside the classroom.
Besides, parents were also invited to attend a webinar with the consultancy to address parents’ questions and concerns about the new security protocols.
