School Promotes Sports Day on Campus 2
Parents and students broke a sweat together on Sports Day promoted by the school on campus 2. There were several sports stations scattered around the schoolyard where families played sports with their children on a sunny Saturday.
The day began with dancing on the court led by Mr Henry M, Year 4 teacher. Families then made most of the day by jumping rope and rubber band, playing parachute, hula-hooping, bowling and building with wood blocks. The playful day ended with a last activity joined by everyone relaxing body and mind in a collective Yoga class.
“We believe that family participation in students´ school life makes all the difference and this event aimed at bringing parents to the school so they could share with their children a sporty and happy time together,” says Paola Bonfanti, Elementary pedagogical director.
